Getting Started

1How do I onboard new clients to VetCare apps?

Share your clinic's unique QR code (found in your dashboard) with pet owners during their visit. They scan it with their phone, which takes them to your branded landing page where they can sign up and link their pet to your clinic. The entire process takes about 2 minutes.

2What if a pet owner has trouble signing up?

Walk them through scanning your QR code and completing the quick onboarding form. If they encounter technical issues, have them email vetcare@support.quantraic.com. We typically respond within 1 business day.

Plans & Pricing

1What's included in the Standard plan?

The Standard plan ($99/month) includes unlimited pet monitoring, real-time condition tracking, client communication portal, basic analytics and reports, and email support. It's perfect for clinics just getting started with digital care management.

2What's the difference between Standard and Branded?

Branded ($149/month) includes everything in Standard plus a custom branded landing page with your clinic logo and colors, branded welcome emails for new clients, and priority support. It's ideal for clinics that want to reinforce their professional identity.

3What does the Advanced plan offer?

Advanced ($199/month) includes everything in Branded plus an advanced analytics dashboard, data export options, enhanced messaging including bulk options, the ability to create and track custom client promotions, and guaranteed support response within 24 hours. Perfect for multi-vet practices or clinics that want maximum intelligence and support.

4How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Contact support at vetcare@support.quantraic.com and we'll process the change immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Contact support at vetcare@support.quantraic.com. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. All client data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export purposes.

Using VetCare

1How do I customize my branded landing page?

Branded and Advanced plan subscribers can upload their clinic logo and select brand colors from their dashboard settings. Changes take effect immediately. Contact support if you need assistance with custom taglines or additional branding elements.

2How do pet owners log their pet’s health data?

Pet owners use the VetCare app to log health readings, medications, meals, and notes throughout the day. All data syncs in real-time to your vet portal where you can view trends, charts, and daily summaries for each patient.

3Can I view historical patient data?

Yes! The vet portal displays patient history with interactive charts showing trends over 30, 90, or 180 days. You can filter by date range, view daily stats (average, min, max readings), and export data as CSV for further analysis. Export is available on the Advanced plan only.

4How do I communicate with pet owners?

Use the built-in communication portal to send messages directly to pet owners. They'll receive notifications in the app. You can review health data, provide care adjustments, or check in on patient progress without phone tag. Email functionality is coming soon for additional communication options.

5Can I run promotions for my clients?

Yes! Advanced plan subscribers have access to the promotional tools section where you can create custom offers and discounts and track engagement. Great for driving product sales and client loyalty.

6How do I export patient data?

From any patient's detail page, click "Export Data" to download a CSV file with all health readings, medication records, and daily stats. Perfect for importing into your practice management system or sharing with specialists. Export is available on the Advanced plan only.

7Is the app available for both iOS and Android?

VetCare is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any device with a modern browser. Pet owners can install it to their home screen for quick access — no app store download required.

8Which species does VetCare support?

While VetCare supports both dogs and cats, CerePet is currently for dogs only. Support for additional species may be added in future updates.

Technical & Support

1How secure is patient data?

VetCare uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting with industry-standard encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely in the cloud. We're HIPAA-aware and follow best practices for veterinary data security. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

2Can I integrate VetCare with my practice management software?

Advanced plan subscribers can request custom integrations with popular practice management systems. Contact your account manager or email sales@quantraic.com to discuss integration options and implementation timelines.

3What happens if I lose access to my account?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email. If you're still having trouble, contact support at vetcare@support.quantraic.com with your clinic name and registered email address.

4Do you offer training or onboarding support?

Standard and Branded plans include email support and self-service documentation. Advanced plan subscribers receive additional hands-on support to train your team and ensure smooth implementation.
